DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD ATHLETE  AND A CHAMPION
IS MADE OF  mentality !

Physical training sometimes happens at a fast pace, and the technique is good, but athletes notice that they crash nervously, or get stuck without knowing why. Or their energy decreases inexplicably in the moments when they needed it most.

Top athletes already have a special physical condition, they have worked for years for it, rarely this can be the main obstacle to full success. Mostly,  Subconscious limiting patterns block the use of full physical potential and  psychological of the athlete.

Examples of beliefs (patterns)  limiting subconscious that I have identified and worked on with some athletes I have worked with: "I don't care", "I'm not good enough", it's not worth the maximum effort because others don't appreciate "," being funny is the most important "," I'm alone ",   "Who am I to deserve  so successful "," I'm not part of the upper class "," I'm vulnerable "," I'm easily emotionally diverted "," I can't use all my strength because I can hurt those close to me "," I don't trust myself ", etc. .

These patterns of thinking stored in the subconscious are  unnoticeable  for the athlete and for those close to him,  but they have a huge impact on thoughts and actions, so on the level of performance.

From a biological point of view, at the neuronal level, practically, certain neuro-receptors are blocked, and as such, although the athlete consciously proposes an action, the effectors (arm and leg muscles, voice, etc.) do not receive information, which would translate into specific actions, and the athlete feels that, somehow, "the body does not listen to him."

We know that  additional physical effort alone is not enough  which you submit as an athlete  to reach victory,

the release and use of the entire sports potential can only be done by working  at an advanced level with the individual and collective mentality of the team.

When you are in the middle of the competition,  it matters a lot what is running in your subconscious;  because the actions are too fast, it can not be 100% controlled by the conscious mind, as the subconscious is 1 million times stronger than the subconscious.

A good coach, professional in the mental training of athletes,  it's not a fashion thing, is a necessity.

During a mental coaching program, an athlete discovers his so-called "blind spots", learns to re-train his self-motivation, learns techniques of visualization, relaxation, meditation. He takes control of his emotions at a level untouched until working  with a mental coach.

Positive thinking has a profound effect on behavior and genes, but only when it is in perfect harmony with the subconscious.

Positive thinking does not mean ignoring reality and painting what is gray pink. Positive thinking means how you relate to life, to people and provocative events that occur in your life. It means first of all to look at the challenges as growth opportunities.

Negative thinking has an effect strong, harmful both to the mind and to our body and spirit.

When we recognize how these positive and negative thoughts control our biology, we will be able to use this knowledge to create happiness and health in our lives

As human beings, we have 4 bodies: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. High performance athletes have professionals who guide them specifically on the physical body (technical coach, physical trainer, doctor, physiotherapist, masseur, chiropractor, nutritionist) but also a mental coach (who guides and prepares them in terms of assessing and understanding strengths and growth points in their personality, developmental guidance emotional self-control, increased EQ, changing limiting mental patterns and behaviors, energy management, learning breathing techniques, entering the state of flow, meditation and balancing) .

Did you know that :

  • All the chemical components in our bodies form a network informational?

  • By establishing the bio-molecular basis for our emotions, with the help of these new scientific discoveries in a clear and accessible way, we have the power to know ourselves, to understand ourselves better- the feelings, the connections between our mind and body, in a new way, full of meaning and explicitly scientifically grounded?

  • If our emotions are blocked due to denial, repression, trauma, then the blood flow can be chronically diminished by constriction, thus depriving the central cortex, but also other organs, of the vital process of organs feeding?

  • Although at the conscious level we generate an impulse and the brain immediately gives the command and it occurs the necessary neurotransmitter, if the neuroceptors are blocked, due to traumas or negative beliefs,  the results are delayed. This can make you feel blurry, less alert and limited in being able to understand the world around you. Thus, the ability to make decisions that change your psychology or behavior is affected. As a result, you may get stuck, you will be unable to respond in a new way to the world around you  repeat subconsciously, negative patterns.

  • Certain neuro-receptors in the cell membrane, being blocked due to denial, repression, trauma, do not allow neurotransmitters to penetrate in the cell?

The use of personality tests to identify and stimulate development initiatives is prevalent in all industries. The sports and recreation industry is a unique field in which these applications are gaining momentum. Performing with the help of a mental coach  type assessments  Hogan, MBTI, DiSC,  increase self-knowledge and successfully impact individual and team performance. Understanding the personality of athletes and coaches provides a perspective for overcoming natural tendencies for unwanted behavior that can have a negative impact on individual performance and / or team-level outcomes. Similar to traditional employee development initiatives, athletes and coaches can benefit from conscious efforts to adjust their behavior and improve performance. These assessments provide unique information that lays the groundwork for mental coaching sessions focused on changing limiting beliefs and behaviors.
