From 12  years,  coaching is may life,  every day. My activity including athletes, but also businessmen, entrepreneurs artists, and companies. All looking for better use of their potential.  I learned and I learn   in this field for 20 years, and he continues to inspire me.  I work both in individual programs  as well as with teams that want to develop, registering over 7000  coaching hours with clients.  I am 48 years old, and the choice to coach is an assumed choice: in those  15 years in which I and the teams I led have benefited from coaching programs, I have seen impressive progress through coaching, which has strengthened my faith in the power of these processes  in support  people's performance. That inspired me and gave me the courage to  they do other studies, the equivalent of a second faculty, in order to be able to do quality coaching. If you are connected to  a mind-set of evolution, I can accompany you  to get results, new levels of performance.

Are  concerned about  theme  "change",  which I have been studying for over 7 years,  with its mental-emotional paradigms, facets and springs.

I am driving,  for the general public, workshops  "I want a change in my life."  

I occasionally write articles in Careers, Woman, Phychologies, Elle and on specialized sites.

I wrote the volume "Book about changes", best seller in the category  non fiction- Romanian author, at the Gaudeamus International Book Fair 2017

In my personal life 

I am a mother and wife, I have a beautiful family, I am concerned with Zen philosophy, I have a dog, I am a vegetarian, I love  nature, people, communication, books and I like to live a simple life. 

I like to learn permanently and to educate myself continuously. I think we are good with ourselves when we are in a good body-mind-soul balance, and I feed these 3 sides.

I believe in the power of spirit and mind over body and   matter, I think  in personal leadership as a flame that amplifies the quality of existence. I guess  in the  will and perseverance, in ambition and positivism, as the authentic expression of the self and in being the lasting binder of human relations.

I think it's important to stay true to yourself as long as you don't get stuck in self-sufficiency. I believe in the power of intuition. I believe in the courage to make changes as a source of individual progress and evolution. I believe that we each have a unique gift from which we can live and through which we can bring good to the world.
